The modern workforce is changing rapidly. Cultural and technological advances have created entirely new jobs and skills like Head of Social Media or Director of Data Science. Even jobs that existed decades ago like Product Leader are radically different.

We also hold more jobs than previous generations. Harvard's Dean of Continuing Education predicts “the employee of the future will have a new job every 5 years, for 60 to 80 years. And probably every one of those will require skills you did not learn in college.”

This leaves working professionals in a lurch. Yet, existing solutions fail.

Professionals networks are noisy and unfiltered (did a 14 year old suggest this? What does this person want from me?). Blog posts lack nuance (but what about in my case?). And personal networks have social costs (I’ve already asked her for advice twice!).

enrich aims to solve this problem for every working professional. Our mission is to get you know knowledge when you need it - so you can make the best decisions under pressure.

We are well on our way. About the Role

enrich is seeking a talented technical lead lead to join our team! Ideal candidates are well organized, technically savvy, extremely detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills. You should be analytical, pragmatic, detail and highly executional.

You will work directly with enrich CEO & Co-Founder, and play an integral role in setting the key infrastructure of the business. We have a distributed team and welcome remote team members.
